This project involved the renovation of an administrative building located within the factory premises of Trakya Cam Sanayi A.Ş., one of the key companies of the Şişecam Group. The works were carried out within an active industrial campus, requiring careful coordination to maintain daily administrative operations without disruption.
The scope included architectural refurbishments and functional improvements aimed at enhancing working conditions, spatial efficiency, and operational comfort. Interior layouts were reorganized to support modern office standards, while building systems and finishes were upgraded to improve durability and long-term usability.
Special attention was given to integrating the renovated administrative spaces seamlessly into the existing factory environment. Phased execution and controlled scheduling allowed the renovation to be completed while ensuring business continuity for on-site personnel.
