Client: Tekel A.Ş.
Total Enclosed Area: 3,200 m²
Location: Tuzla, Istanbul, Türkiye
This project involved the construction of an alcohol tank building developed in Tuzla, Istanbul, for Tekel A.Ş., designed to safely accommodate industrial-scale storage and handling of alcohol products. The facility was planned in accordance with strict safety, structural, and operational requirements specific to liquid storage and processing environments.
The building was engineered to house large-capacity alcohol storage tanks, with structural solutions adapted to withstand dynamic loads, chemical exposure, and operational stresses. Reinforced concrete systems and industrial-grade construction details were implemented to ensure durability, containment safety, and long-term operational reliability.
Special attention was given to phased execution and site coordination, allowing construction activities to be carried out without disrupting ongoing industrial operations within the surrounding facility. This approach required precise planning, controlled sequencing, and close coordination with operational teams.
Delivered as a specialized industrial structure, the project demonstrates strong expertise in liquid storage facilities, safety-driven industrial construction, and phased execution within active production sites, supporting secure and efficient alcohol storage operations.
