Dairy Products Manufacturing Facility – Bursa, Türkiye
Client: Eker Süt Ürünleri A.Ş.
Total Enclosed Area: 39,000 m²
Location: Bursa, Türkiye
This project involves the development of a large-scale dairy products manufacturing facility for Eker Süt Ürünleri A.Ş., one of Türkiye’s leading dairy producers. Built on a 120,000 m² site, the facility comprises 39,000 m² of enclosed production and processing areas and is designed with an annual milk processing capacity of approximately 250,000 tons, making it one of the most technologically advanced plants in the Turkish dairy industry.
The project included extensive infrastructure and ground improvement works, with approximately 100,000 meters of jet grout columns executed to strengthen the soil and ensure long-term structural stability. The superstructure was constructed using a precast column system combined with a steel roof structure, allowing large clear spans and efficient industrial layouts tailored to high-capacity food production.
From raw milk intake to final product output, all processing and transformation stages are carried out through fully closed-loop systems, including tanks, valves, and piping networks. The entire production process is managed via computer-controlled automation systems and proprietary software, enabling continuous monitoring and control of quality, hygiene, and process parameters while maintaining consistent taste and product standards.
Our company was responsible for the overall project management, including design coordination and equipment integration, delivering a fully operational, high-performance industrial facility. The project demonstrates strong expertise in food-industry plants, advanced automation environments, complex ground engineering, and integrated design–build project management.
