PROJECT INFORMATION

Glass Cullet Storage & Crushing Facility – Paşabahçe, Istanbul, Türkiye

Client: Camiş Madencilik A.Ş.
Enclosed Area: 11,600 m²
Structure Height: Approx. 45 m
Location: Paşabahçe, Istanbul, Türkiye

This project involved the construction of a glass cullet storage and crushing facility developed in Paşabahçe, Istanbul, for Camiş Madencilik A.Ş. The facility was designed as a vertically organized industrial structure to support intensive material processing operations within a compact footprint.

The building was executed entirely as a reinforced concrete shell, rising to a height of approximately 45 meters. This robust structural system was specifically engineered to accommodate heavy dynamic loads, vibration effects, and vertical material flow, ensuring long-term durability and operational safety under continuous industrial use.

Inside the structure, multiple processing and crushing levels were arranged at different elevations, housing glass breaking, grinding, and handling equipment. The vertical configuration enables efficient gravity-assisted material transfer between processing stages, optimizing operational efficiency while minimizing internal transport requirements.

Delivered as a highly specialized industrial facility, the project demonstrates strong expertise in high-rise reinforced concrete industrial structures, process-driven building design, and heavy-duty material processing facilities. The plant plays a critical role in glass recycling and raw material preparation, supporting sustainable production cycles within the glass manufacturing industry
