Total Area: 5,600 m²
Location: Tuzla, Istanbul, Türkiye
This project involved the dismantling and reconstruction of glass furnaces located within the Paşabahçe production facility in Tuzla, Istanbul. The scope covered the A, B, C, and D furnaces, forming a critical part of the factory’s core glass manufacturing infrastructure.
The works were carefully planned and executed in multiple phases, carried out at different periods to ensure that ongoing production activities were not interrupted. This phased execution required precise coordination with plant operations, detailed scheduling, and strict safety and quality control measures within an active industrial environment.
The scope included the controlled demolition of existing furnace structures, followed by the reconstruction works adapted to updated operational and technical requirements. All activities were performed in compliance with industrial standards, ensuring structural integrity, thermal performance, and operational reliability of the renewed furnaces.
Completed successfully without disrupting production continuity, the project demonstrates strong expertise in industrial renovation works, furnace reconstruction, and phased execution within live manufacturing facilities, highlighting the ability to deliver complex upgrades under strict operational constraints.
