Hotel Extension Project (EPC) – Bamako, Mali
Client: Azalai SPA
Enclosed Area: 2,900 m²
Location: Bamako, Mali
This project was delivered under a full EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) contract for Azalai SPA, covering the complete design, procurement, construction, and commissioning of a hotel extension in Bamako. The scope focused on expanding an existing operational hotel while ensuring continuity of service and consistent brand standards.
The project added 64 new guest rooms to the existing 45-room hotel, increasing the total capacity to 99 standard double rooms and 198 beds. The extension was carefully planned to integrate seamlessly with the existing facilities, enhancing accommodation capacity without disrupting ongoing hotel operations.
The new structure was constructed using a lightweight steel system, enabling rapid execution, structural efficiency, and adaptability to local site conditions. All architectural, structural, and MEP works were coordinated within the EPC scope, ensuring quality control and schedule certainty.
Delivered within 8 months, the project included all hotel equipment and fit-out works, resulting in a fully operational, turnkey facility. The successful completion demonstrates strong expertise in fast-track EPC hotel projects, lightweight steel construction systems, and hospitality developments in West Africa.
