This project involves the development of a large-scale hotel facility in the Béchar Province, commissioned by the Algerian Ministry of National Defence. Designed to serve official accommodation and high-level institutional needs, the hotel is positioned within a spacious 59,000 m² site, offering both functional efficiency and architectural presence.
The hotel comprises one Royal Suite, nine suite rooms, and 96 standard guest rooms, supported by a comprehensive range of hospitality and public facilities. These include a multi-purpose hall, a banquet hall, and three restaurants, enabling the hosting of official events, ceremonies, and daily hospitality services. Additional amenities such as an indoor swimming pool and administrative offices further enhance the functionality of the complex.
The project also incorporates extensive technical and support infrastructure, including industrial wastewater and water treatment systems and a full-capacity power generation plant, ensuring operational autonomy and uninterrupted service in a demanding regional context.
Our scope of work covered the complete technical design of the project as well as the execution of all structural (rough) construction works. This assignment demonstrates strong expertise in institutional hotel developments, large-scale structural works, and technically complex governmental facilities, delivered in accordance with stringent functional, security, and performance requirements.
