This project was delivered under a full EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) scope, covering the complete design, equipment procurement, construction, and commissioning of a four-star hotel complex in the Blida Province for the Algerian Ministry of National Defence. The development consists of three independent blocks, planned to ensure functional separation, operational efficiency, and controlled circulation.

The hotel program includes 92 standard and interconnecting rooms, six junior and senior suites, and one presidential suite, offering a balanced accommodation mix for official guests and institutional use. The architectural layout was designed to provide comfort, privacy, and operational flexibility, aligned with four-star hospitality standards.

A defining feature of the project is its fully autonomous infrastructure, enabling the facility to independently generate energy and manage all essential resources. Dedicated systems for power generation, water treatment, and waste management were integrated into the design, ensuring uninterrupted operation and high resilience under all conditions.

The hotel also includes four restaurants, recreation areas, an indoor swimming pool, and sports facilities, creating a comprehensive hospitality and leisure environment. Executed as a turnkey EPC project, this development demonstrates strong expertise in complex institutional hotels, autonomous infrastructure systems, and large-scale hospitality projects, delivered with single-point responsibility from concept to completion.
