Client: Algerian Ministry of National Defence
Planned Built Area: 12,000 m²
Site Area: approx. 13,000 m²
Location: Tiaret, Algeria
Scope: Concept Design & Preliminary (Avan) Project Only
This project covers the preparation of the concept design and preliminary (avan) architectural project for a hotel development planned in the Tiaret Province, commissioned by the Algerian Ministry of National Defence. The study was carried out to define the architectural vision, functional organization, and overall spatial strategy of the facility at an early project stage.
The concept design focused on establishing the general massing, layout, and functional zoning of the hotel within the site constraints. Key considerations included accommodation capacity, public and service areas, circulation principles, and the relationship between built volumes and open spaces, aligned with institutional hospitality requirements.
As part of the avan project, preliminary architectural drawings and planning decisions were developed to support feasibility evaluation, budget planning, and future detailed design phases. The work provided a clear design framework while allowing flexibility for subsequent development and technical refinement.
Delivered strictly as a concept and preliminary design assignment, the project demonstrates strong expertise in early-stage hotel planning, institutional hospitality concepts, and architectural feasibility studies, supporting informed decision-making for large-scale governmental developments.
