This project was delivered under a full EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) contract for the Algerian Ministry of National Defence, encompassing the complete design, procurement, construction, and commissioning of a high-standard hotel facility in Algiers. The EPC scope ensured a fully integrated and single-point responsibility delivery model.
The hotel features one Royal Suite, six suite rooms, and 86 standard guest rooms, supported by a comprehensive range of hospitality and public facilities. These include a multi-purpose hall, banquet hall, and three restaurants, designed to accommodate official functions, high-level events, and daily operations within a secure institutional environment.
In addition to guest and public areas, the project includes extensive technical and support infrastructure, such as industrial wastewater and water treatment systems and a full-capacity power generation plant, providing complete operational autonomy and resilience. An indoor swimming pool and administrative offices further complement the facility’s functional program.
Executed as a turnkey EPC project, the hotel demonstrates strong expertise in complex hospitality developments, integrated MEP and infrastructure systems, and high-security governmental facilities, delivering a fully operational and self-sufficient asset aligned with stringent institutional requirements.
