Client: Algerian National Police
Built Area: 29,000 m²
Total Site Area: approx. 39,000 m²
Location: Algiers, Algeria
Scope: Interior Design & Decoration Only
This project involved the interior architecture and decoration design of a large-scale hotel and recreation facility developed in Algiers for the Algerian National Police. Conceived as a secure institutional hospitality complex, the facility was designed to accommodate official guests while providing comfortable, functional, and representative interior environments.
Our scope was strictly limited to interior design and decoration services, covering all enclosed areas of the complex. The program includes a hotel with 142 standard guest rooms and 16 suites, as well as two restaurants, conference and meeting halls, administrative offices, and boutique retail units. Interior layouts were developed to ensure efficient circulation, operational clarity, and a calm, comfortable atmosphere suitable for both short-term and extended stays.
The interior design focused on material selection, finishes, lighting concepts, furniture layouts, and decorative elements, balancing durability and ease of maintenance with a refined institutional character. Guest rooms and suites were designed to provide comfort and functionality, while public areas such as restaurants and conference halls were conceived to support official events, meetings, and social activities.
All decoration and interior design solutions were developed in line with institutional requirements for security, longevity, and operational efficiency. Delivered as a comprehensive interior design and decoration package, the project demonstrates strong expertise in large-scale hospitality interiors, institutional facilities, and mixed-use interior environments, tailored to the specific needs of governmental clients.
