This project involved the design and construction of a hydraulic equipment manufacturing facility developed in Istanbul for Mert Akışkan Gücü A.Ş. The 28,000 m² enclosed industrial plant was conceived to support high-capacity, precision manufacturing for multiple heavy-industry sectors.
The facility is dedicated to the production of hydraulic cylinders ranging from 32 mm to 600 mm in diameter, as well as pneumatic circuit components, serving industries such as construction machinery, iron and steel, mining, and general mechanical manufacturing. The building layout and production flow were designed to accommodate large equipment, heavy lifting operations, and efficient material circulation.
Industrial-grade structural systems and flexible internal layouts were implemented to support diverse manufacturing processes, testing areas, and assembly lines. Special attention was given to clear spans, load-bearing capacity, and operational safety to meet the demands of heavy-duty hydraulic production.
Our company was responsible for full project design and all construction works, delivering a turnkey industrial facility aligned with the client’s production requirements. The project demonstrates strong expertise in industrial plant design, manufacturing-oriented construction, and integrated project delivery for advanced mechanical and hydraulic production environments.
