This project was delivered under a full EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) contract, encompassing complete design, equipment supply, construction, and commissioning of a comprehensive indoor sports complex for the Algerian Ministry of National Defence. The facility was conceived as a high-capacity, multi-functional sports and training center serving both professional and institutional users.
The complex includes a semi-Olympic indoor swimming pool and a large multi-purpose indoor sports hall, both housed within a steel-structure building system designed for wide clear spans and flexible use. The indoor sports hall is suitable for various disciplines and events, while the pool facility meets competitive and training standards.
In addition to the main sports areas, the project integrates VIP lounges, spectator seating and boxes, athlete locker rooms, training halls, fitness areas, and rest and recovery zones. Dedicated circulation systems ensure clear separation between athletes, VIP guests, spectators, and service personnel, enhancing both functionality and security.
All sports equipment, pool systems, mechanical and electrical installations, and supporting infrastructure were supplied and installed within the EPC scope. Delivered as a fully turnkey sports facility, the project demonstrates strong expertise in large-scale EPC sports complexes, steel-structure buildings, and integrated recreational infrastructure, combining architectural quality, operational efficiency, and institutional-grade performance.
