Through its local subsidiary MIMKO Côte d’Ivoire, Mimko İnşaat ve Sanayi A.Ş. has been entrusted by IPS-CGRAE with the realization of comprehensive urban planning and land development studies for a 199,195 m² (≈19.9 ha) site located in Jacqueville, near Abidjan.
The scope of services includes:

• Marketing and commercial strategy
