This project involves the super-luxury residential development of a 42-apartment building located in Cité du Niger, one of the most prestigious and secure districts of Bamako. Situated directly along the Niger River, the area is widely known for hosting foreign embassies, diplomats, and high-ranking government officials, making it a prime residential zone with strong security and exclusivity.
The building is designed as a ground floor plus six-storey structure, complemented by a dedicated garage block to meet parking and service requirements. The architectural layout emphasizes privacy, spacious living areas, and panoramic river views, aligned with the expectations of high-profile residents and expatriate users.
Our company was responsible exclusively for the high-end interior finishing works. The scope included premium finishes, detailed interior applications, and fine craftsmanship, reflecting international luxury residential standards. Materials, detailing, and workmanship were selected and executed to meet the expectations of elite occupants, focusing on comfort, durability, and refined aesthetics.
