This project involves the construction of a gas turbine maintenance workshop complex located in Boufarik, Algeria, developed on a 62,000 m² site belonging to the national rail and energy infrastructure. The facility was designed to support heavy-duty maintenance operations for gas turbine systems, forming a strategic industrial asset within the region.
The complex comprises a Main Maintenance Workshop of approximately 11,200 m², an Additional Administration Building of 3,200 m², and a range of auxiliary and support facilities, all planned to ensure operational efficiency, safety, and functional separation between technical and administrative zones. The buildings were designed to accommodate large equipment, heavy lifting operations, and high-bay industrial activities.
The project was executed under the main contractorship of Bonatti SPA, with our company responsible for the structural (rough) and architectural (fine) construction works. This included reinforced concrete structures, steel assemblies, architectural envelopes, and interior construction works adapted to industrial maintenance requirements.
Delivered as a key industrial facility, the project demonstrates solid expertise in industrial workshops, energy-related infrastructure, and large-scale maintenance facilities, highlighting strong capabilities in executing complex construction packages within multidisciplinary international projects.
