Multi-Purpose Halls Complex (EPC) – Algiers, Algeria

Client: Algerian Ministry of National Defence
Total Site Area: 24,000 m²
Location: Algiers, Algeria

This project was delivered under a full EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) scope for the Algerian Ministry of National Defence, covering the complete design, construction, equipment supply, and commissioning of a large-scale multi-purpose halls complex in the Algiers province. The project was conceived as a fully autonomous institutional facility capable of hosting high-capacity official events and ceremonies.

The complex comprises two independent multi-purpose halls, supported by extensive banquet facilities, administrative offices, and security blocks. The halls were designed for flexible use, accommodating large gatherings, formal receptions, and multi-functional events, while ensuring high operational efficiency and controlled circulation.

A key feature of the project is its comprehensive autonomous support infrastructure, including industrial kitchens, cold storage rooms, high-capacity bakery ovens (4-ton capacity), laundry and dry-cleaning facilities, wastewater treatment plants, and a full-capacity power generation plant. These systems ensure uninterrupted operation and self-sufficiency under all conditions.

In addition to the buildings, the EPC scope included external works and full site infrastructure, such as internal roads, utilities, and landscaped areas. Delivered as a turnkey governmental facility, the project demonstrates strong expertise in complex EPC institutional developments, large-scale event facilities, and integrated technical infrastructure, meeting stringent security, reliability, and operational requirements.
