This project involves the construction of a production facility and product storage warehouse developed for Soda Sanayi A.Ş. to serve its BCS syrup production operations. The facility was built within the Tuzla Organized Industrial Zone using a combination of reinforced concrete and steel structure systems, tailored to industrial processing requirements.
The building layout was designed with a clear functional separation of uses. The ground floor and first floor accommodate administrative offices and operational support areas, while the second floor is dedicated to finished product storage. This vertical zoning ensures efficient workflow, internal logistics, and operational control within a compact footprint.
A key feature of the project is the 12-meter-high steel structure production hall, constructed as a single-height industrial volume specifically designed to house BCS syrup production tanks and process equipment. The structural system was engineered to support heavy loads, process integration, and safe operation of large-scale tanks within the production area.
Delivered as an integrated industrial building, the project reflects strong expertise in process-driven facility design, mixed reinforced concrete–steel structures, and production-oriented industrial construction, providing a robust and efficient environment for chemical and industrial syrup manufacturing operations.
