This project involves the construction of a production and product storage facility developed in Isparta for Sercam A.Ş., a company operating within the Şişecam group. The facility comprises 12,000 m² of enclosed industrial space and was commissioned in 1996 as part of Şişecam’s regional manufacturing expansion.
Designed to support both production activities and finished product storage, the building layout was planned to ensure efficient internal logistics, smooth material flow, and safe storage conditions. The industrial structure was tailored to meet the operational requirements of glass-related manufacturing, including load-bearing capacity, clear internal circulation, and functional zoning between production and storage areas.
Structural and architectural solutions were implemented to provide durability, flexibility, and long-term operational efficiency. The facility was designed to integrate seamlessly with production processes while allowing for future operational adaptations and capacity optimization.
Our company delivered the project as a complete construction package, contributing to the establishment of a reliable and efficient industrial facility. The project reflects solid expertise in industrial buildings, production-support infrastructure, and storage-oriented facility construction within the manufacturing sector.
