Client: Camiş Madencilik A.Ş.
Enclosed Area: 11,600 m²
Location: Tuzla, Istanbul, Türkiye
This project involved the construction of a raw material storage warehouse developed in Tuzla, Istanbul, for Camiş Madencilik A.Ş. The facility was designed to accommodate bulk material storage requirements for industrial and mining-related operations, with a strong focus on structural robustness, operational efficiency, and long-term durability.
The warehouse structure was executed using reinforced concrete retaining and perimeter walls, providing high resistance against lateral loads generated by stored raw materials. These concrete walls ensure both structural safety and efficient material containment, making the facility suitable for heavy-duty industrial use and continuous loading–unloading operations.
The superstructure consists of a steel roof system spanning large clear areas to maximize storage capacity and maneuverability inside the warehouse. The roof was completed with trapezoidal metal sheet cladding, selected for its durability, low maintenance requirements, and effective protection against environmental conditions, while allowing rapid construction and future adaptability.
Delivered as a functional and cost-effective industrial storage solution, the project reflects solid expertise in industrial warehouse construction, reinforced concrete–steel hybrid structures, and bulk material storage facilities, supporting efficient logistics and operational continuity for large-scale industrial activities.
