Client / Institution: Tosyali Algerie SPA
Built Area: approx. 4,000 m²
Location: Bethioua, Oran – Algeria
Building Type: Social & Administrative Facility
This project involves the construction of a social facility building within the Tosyali Algerie industrial campus in Bethioua, designed to support the daily operational, administrative and social needs of the workforce. The building was planned as a multifunctional facility, integrating employee welfare, administrative and healthcare-related services within a rational and efficient layout.
The facility program includes key functions such as a cafeteria and industrial kitchen, administrative and human resources offices, medical clinic and first aid unit, changing rooms, sanitary areas, and training and meeting spaces. These functions are organized to ensure smooth circulation, operational efficiency and user comfort throughout the building.
The architectural concept is characterized by a strong volumetric composition and a clear material contrast. Exposed reinforced concrete surfaces emphasize durability and industrial identity, while the bold red façade elements reinforce the corporate image of Tosyali Algerie. Large glazed openings provide natural daylight to interior spaces, contributing to a comfortable and efficient working environment.
The building was designed with a focus on long-term performance and low maintenance requirements. Robust structural systems, durable façade materials and energy-efficient building systems were implemented to ensure sustainability and operational reliability in an industrial context.
Complementary technical and service areas support the continuous operation of the facility, ensuring compliance with industrial safety and functional standards. The project reflects solid expertise in industrial social facility planning and execution, delivering a modern, resilient and human-centered environment tailored to the needs of a large-scale industrial campus.
